Booking Terms and Conditions

Terms and Conditions
•    Published rate quoted are inclusive of government and prevailing taxes.
•    All prices will be charged in Singapore dollars at prevailing exchange rate.
•    Deposit of 50% to be made at the time of booking.
•    Balance payment to be made no less than 1 month before the arrival date.

Refund Policy
•    If cancellation is requested more than two months before the arrival date, full amount will be refunded. However there will be a 10% charge to cover bank fees.
•    If cancellation is requested more than one month before the arrival date, there will be a 50% charge plus any bank transfer fees.
•    If cancellation is requested less than one month before arrival date, there will be no refund.
•    For any change in schedule, we will try to accommodate if possible. However there might be a charge fee of 1 night room rates or 25% of total rate, whichever is higher.
•    This condition is also applicable for early departure, late arrival and no show.
