Duration and Tracking

Singapore Post- All shipments will be sent using Singapore Post registered air-mail service and delivery takes around 1 to 2 weeks. Real time tracking is available only for parcels heavier than 1.5 kg. www.speedpost.com.sg/TrackAndTrace.asp

TNT Express- Special express delivery can be arranged. Delivery takes around 3 to 5 working days. Real time tracking for all parcels available at: www.tnt.com/express/en_sg/site/home.html

Exchange Policy

  • Once payment had been made, no cancellations of orders or request for refunds will be allowed.
  • If change of size for apparels is required, buyer will have to bear the shipping cost of the original (unused) merchandise back and replacement item out of SDI/TDI S.E. Asia in Singapore. Replacement merchandise will be sent out once the original had been received.
  • Any damaged items during shipping will have to be reported with three (3) days upon receipt of items.
